GET /admin/audit/anomalies/{id}/related

获取与指定异常相关的其他异常（同一用户 7 天内的异常记录）。参考：ISO 27001:2022 Annex A.12.4 (Event Logging)、PCI DSS v4.0 Req 10 (Log & Monitor)。
