/communication/logs
分页查询当前租户的消息发送记录。按当前登录用户隔离数据（仅返回本人的发送记录），支持按渠道（sms/email/push）和发送状态（pending/sent/failed/delivered）筛选。参考：ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC、CAN-SPAM Act。
